Jim Zaccaro
James V. Zaccaro is an American businessman, entrepeneur and the retired Board Chairman of American Blimp Corporation. He has more than fifty-seven years of management experience. He began his business career with United Parcel Service in 1965. After active duty in the U.S Army, Jim returned to college in Southern California, where he majored in Business Administration & Industrial Engineering. He earned a Master Standard Data Practitioner certificate in 1967. Additional studies include The University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School and The Millikin University School of Business in Decatur, Illinois.
In 1973, at age 30, Jim was promoted to UPS Central Tex District Manager, one of the youngest general managers in that company's history. He subsequently managed Districts in the UPS North Central and Pacific Regions. In 1986, Mr. Zaccaro helped establish the UPS Corporate Strategic Planning Group. He left UPS in 1988.

Jim served on the American Blimp Corporation board of directors from 1989 through April 2003 and as ABC Board Chairman from 1995 until his retirement in 1999. American Blimp Corporation (now Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment) is the world's largest commercial manufacturer of advertising and surveillance airships. The VWSE Lightship Group has offices in the United States, Brazil, United Kingdom, China and Japan. VWSE airships have operated on every continent except Antartica! On July 31, 2012, Van Wagner Communications LLC, a leading New York City based advertising company, acquired American Blimp Corporation and its subsidiaries. Jim also served as a director of Lightship America Inc. and Morrow Snowboards Inc.
